Terms and conditions

1.Subject of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to the online sale of custom-made, Hungary-manufactured clothing products through the CHROMA. webstore.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order via the online store. The order becomes valid once the order form is completed, payment is made, and the customer receives an email confirmation.

3. Order Process

The customer selects the desired product(s) and quantity and completes the advance payment. CHROMA. will send an electronic order confirmation. Production begins after the order is placed.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are tax-exempt under Hungarian small business regulation, meaning they do not include VAT and represent the total payable amount.

  • Payment method: Prepayment (Bank Transfer / Pre-order) or Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Shipping

  • Methods: GLS, Hungarian Post

  • Shipping area: domestic and international

  • Shipping time: 4-8 work days The customer will be notified of the exact delivery date.

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and for receiving the package.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Withdrawal can be exercised in writing or by email.

  • Products must be returned in flawless, unused condition at the customer’s cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

  • In case of size exchange, no refund is provided; the product will be exchanged for the correct size if returned unused and at the customer’s cost.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Customers have statutory warranty rights. Mandatory product guarantees do not apply.

CHROMA. is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the courier service.

  • The customer must use the website in compliance with legal regulations.

  • CHROMA. reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the website.

  • Hungarian law governs these Terms and Conditions.
